Driving the Smart Health brand is its founder and owner, Dr. Samson Arigbamu, a motivated and industry-savvy professional, who brings with him a considerable background in the industry. Through more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, he has developed an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry and its market dynamics. Dr. Arigbamu holds a Master of Science degree, and a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. Currently, he is the Director of Nursing of a 200-bed rehabilitation facility. He also owns and operates Upsurge Health Associates, LLC, a private practice clinic that provides general medical care to the adult and geriatric population. As a seasoned healthcare provider, Dr. Arigbamu is dedicated to ensuring the long-term success of the Company by providing astute financial oversight and employing solid business practices.

Dr. Kalu Uma, MD is an internal medicine specialist in Pikesville, MD. He currently owns a medical practice in Pikesville MD. He is also affiliated with MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital.
DR ASHOK CHOPRA

Carter Fellow in Hand and Plastic Surgery at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center of Cornell University.

She graduated from University Of Port Harcourt College Of Health Science Port Harcourt Rivers Nigeria in 1987. She is affiliated with medical facilities such as Ascension, Saint Agnes Hospital and MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital.
DR. CAMELLUS EZEUGWU
MD, FACC, FACP, PhD, is a trusted medical provider. With more than 25 years in internal medicine practice as an interventional cardiologist and critical care specialist. He is an assistant professor of medicine at the John Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University School of Medicine in West Indies, Grenada. He went through his internship and residency training through Seton Hall University at St. Joseph Hospital in New York.
